Returning an Item
Once you’ve informed us of your cancellation, you must return the item within 14 days. Unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase, return postage is your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.
We cannot process refunds for items that are not received or returned late.
Refunds
- If your order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
- If your order has been dispatched, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable proof of return.
All refunds are made to your original method of payment.
Important Notes
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
If products are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or decline the refund altogether, depending on the condition of the returned goods.
