PRICING
All product prices are displayed on our website and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
If the VAT rate changes between the date you place your order and the date of dispatch, we will adjust the VAT amount accordingly—unless full payment has already been made prior to the change.
We only charge your payment method once your order is dispatched. A confirmation email will be sent at that time. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment is received.
If payment is not made or is delayed, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until the full payment is received.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Order Handling:
We aim to process all orders on the same business day. Orders placed after 4 PM GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas or major sale events.

Delivery methods and associated fees (inclusive of VAT) are shown at checkout on our website.
DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY
If a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we do not offer compensation for such delays, you have the right to cancel your order if the delay is substantial. Contact us at info@itnmedia.co.uk to arrange cancellation and refund.
In the event that we are completely unable to fulfil your order due to external circumstances, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund for any undelivered items.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your own expense unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase. Use a trusted and tracked courier and keep proof of return.
Refund Timeline:
- If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll process a refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
- If the order has already shipped, we’ll issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Only standard delivery fees are refundable; express or premium delivery charges are non-refundable. Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may result in a partial or denied refund.
RETURNS POLICY
ITN Media Ltd complies with UK consumer law and guarantees that all products will match their description and be fit for purpose.

- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

If confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return label and update you throughout the process.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Products that develop a fault within 12 months of delivery (excluding damage from misuse or normal wear and tear) will be repaired or replaced.

As the importer, you must comply with your country’s regulations. Packages may be opened or inspected by local customs authorities.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
We may cancel an order if delivery cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe, or due to events beyond our control.
OUR LIABILITY

- Unforeseeable losses
- Delays or issues caused by external factors
- Losses resulting from your own actions
- Business-related losses
Nothing in this section excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
CHILDREN
We do not sell products to children. Users under 18 must use our website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
